The protocol includes 3 meals. Less often – four, but if there is an urgent need, you can organize it for yourself.


The dishes on the menu are simple, so cooking takes 15-20 minutes a day.

Our diet uses the most common foods – white and red fish, poultry, beef/veal, vegetables, herbs, fruits and berries (frozen is also suitable). That is why finding the right product is not difficult.


However, you will receive a list of substitutions along with the protocol. It will contain permitted alternatives.

If you follow the protocol rules, the result is guaranteed!
If the dynamics do not correspond to the norm, despite following the rules, then we will make adjustments to your diet.

Due to the fact that the diet is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, antioxidants and a source of collagen, the skin has time to adapt to the removal of the fat layer. Therefore, it is naturally restored and its tone improves. You can verify this by studying the numerous results of my clients.

 

However, in some cases, nutrition alone is not enough to improve skin quality. Then it will be appropriate to resort to additional methods – massages, hardware procedures for body correction, fitness.
